This delightful, educational experience commences with bubbles on arrival as you watch the short film 'Bud to Bottle', a visual depiction of a full year's winemaking cycle, in our private cinema.

Walk through the oldest vines in the region and learn about our landscape, history and current wine making practices. Explore behind the scenes where our winemakers handcraft our premium wines, and discover New Zealand’s largest Wine Cave. Taste our finest wines from a range of vintages, and round off the unforgettable experience with a two-course lunch.

Our Executive Chef designs a seasonal menu using local and sustainably sourced produce, some of which is grown in our very own Chef’s Garden. Each dish is paired with wine, or can be picked to suit your palate.
