Description:

The China Terrace 2012 Pinot Noir runs a fine gauntlet between opulent fruit and savoury flavours and tannins. A delightful bouquet follows, with a sweetly floral lift layering red fruit, leather and five spice. An expressive ripe fleshiness envelops the front palate, which is then, as is typical for this vineyard, met with a beautifully interwoven savoury sweep of structure.

Located in Bendigo, some 300 – 350 metres above sea level, the China Terrace Vineyard experiences a tempered warmth, giving great balance, later ripening and red fruit flavours to its wines.
