Description:

The 2014 Gibbston Valley Riesling has heady fragrances of kaffir lime leaves, honeysuckle blossom and jasmine flowers, interlaced with delicate shades of musk and fresh herbs.

It has a pale lemon straw colour and a pure alpine vibrancy. Its off-dry style has an intense lemon-lime concentration flecked with quartz minerality. This Riesling is has a hint of mid palate root ginger grip, seamlessly interacting with the delicate florals and energetic citrus lingering finish. Brilliantly quenching!

The classic lines of this Riesling make it a good proposition to cellar for more than 10 years, especially if you want to see an increasing full-honeyed toastiness develop.
