We are looking for a talented and hardworking Sous Chef to fill a vacancy at our Winery Restaurant. This role is ideal for someone wanting to enhance their career and make a name for themselves at one of New Zealand's most iconic wineries.
A minimum of 2 years' experience is required for this role along with, solid communication skills, attention to detail and good organisational skills. To top it off you must have a passion for cooking and delivering high quality cuisine.
Shifts are mainly days on a roster that will vary from week to week; you must be available to work weekends and public holidays. So if you are a fantastic chef and dedicated to your profession we'd love to speak with you. Applicants will need to have a right to work and reside in New Zealand. Private transport is required.

Gibbston Valley Winery
As the region's founding winery, we pride ourselves in providing our guests with a premium experience whether its tasting our exceptional wines, dining in our restaurant or taking a tour of our wine cave, the largest in New Zealand. The work environment here is fun, fast-paced and always changing with the new and exciting things continuing to happen at the winery from large-scale events to wine releases, harvest and the occasional game of fetch with the winery dogs.
