 General admission can be purchased directly from Greenstone Entertainment

Children 14 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are not replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or damaged.


The event is wheelchair accessible. Parking and toilets will be available. This is a grass venue, please ensure mobility on this surface.


On-site car parking is available and accessible from Gibbston highway. Look for signs directing where to go. Parking is a gold coin donation to a local community group.


This is the bus schedule for Ticketek ticket holders who have pre-purchased bus transportation. Passengers have to pre-purchase their tickets through Ticketek and produce their ticket to driver to gain entry to the bus for both journeys. 

  • Departures to the concert: 8.30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

    Departing every 10 minutes from Queenstown Primary School. Queenstown to Gibbston Valley Winery main entrance, via pickups at Frankton Bus Shelter, Kawarau Rd and Arrowtown Bus Centre, Arrowtown.

  • Return transfer from Gibbston: 6.30 p.m. – 10.30 p.m.

    Departing from Gibbston Valley Winery main entrance for return journey to Queenstown Primary School, Queenstown via drop offs at Arrowtown Bus Centre, Arrowtown and Frankton Bus Shelter, Kawarau Rd, Frankton. NB: Coaches will continue until every person has returned.


Seating is General Admission and located on an open grass field. Blankets and chairs are allowed in the venue, but please be considerate to the people around you. If you wish to bring an umbrella, please be aware that you will be required to sit in a designated umbrella area.

Prepare for sun. Hats, sunblock and sunglasses are recommended.


Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the venue. No outside alcohol is permitted. You may bring a picnic and cooler, but please note that management reserves the rights to search bags on coolers on entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

A wide selection of Gibbston Valley Wines along with beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Cash will be accepted, however we encourage contactless payments for Health and Safety.

There will also be a large variety of local food vendors at the concert.


Food vendors may not have card facilities. Bringing cash for food and drink purchases is recommended. A limited number of cash out facilities will be available at the venue.


No professional video or audio recording equipment is to be brought into the venue (e.g. long lens cameras). Any equipment discovered will be confiscated.

No animals except guide dogs are allowed.

No cookers or fires are permitted.

Management reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to ticket holders considered dangerous or a nuisance or failing to comply with reasonable requests.
