Gibbston Valley Restaurant offers a fine Central Otago wine and food experience featuring seasonal selections that match the freshest ingredients with our range of award-winning wines. 

Led by our Head Chef Anthony Gradiska, we create a harmonious blend of wine, food and place.

Cellar door menu

An assortment of platters and other light bites.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily

Just in the mood for wine and some nibbles? Our Cellar Door Menu features a selection of gourmet meat and cheese platters and other light bites to pair with your Gibbston Valley wine experience. 

We also offer barista coffees and a selection of handmade pastries and cakes to enjoy with us at the winery or for takeaway.

Cheesery & Deli

A dynamic world of wine and cheese.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Our new Cheesery & Deli pop-up opened here at the winery in July. Taste a range of artisan cheeses, learn about cheese and wine pairings, enjoy a good coffee, and grab lunch from the deli.

Our new Wood-Fired Kitchen.
Hours: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Fumé is a casual style restaurant and will offer a 100% wood-fired selection of BBQ meats, home-made pizzas, seasonal salads and craft beer on tap.

Located in the old cheesery building, Fumé offers covered, courtyard style dining amongst the vines. We are particularly proud of the outdoor wood-fired pizza oven!
