How to Guide 

How do I access my account online?

To access your account:

  1. Check your inbox. You should be receiving an email soon with your temporary password and login details.

  2. Then click , and enter the email address you used to join the Wine Club and your temporary password. 

  3. Once logged in, you'll see your name and Manage Your Account appear in the top left corner. Click Manage Your Account to access your account.

How do I update my contact details?

Once you log in, you can update your contact details and shipping address by clicking Account Details in the menu.

How do I view my membership type?

You'll see your membership type when you log in, but you can also view it by clicking on Wine Preferences. Here you can decide to be either a 3, 6 or 12-bottle member and select to receive either a Winemaker's, Purely Pinot or Custom Selection. Your current membership type will be selected when you log in.

How do I change my membership type?

You can change your membership on the Wine Preferences page. Here you can decide to be either a Winemakers Purely Pinot or Custom member. You can also upgrade to a different bottle amount. 

How do I shop online using my discount?

That's easy. Just login, and go to our online shop. You'll see your exclusive member discount prices displayed.

Where can I view upcoming Wine Club events? 

In your account area your can access our listing of events by clicking the Events link in the Your Accounts menu. Here you'll see a listing of all upcoming Wine Club exclusive events?

How do I book tickets or RSVP for an event?

Once in the events listing area mentioned above, you'll see Book Now or RSVP included on every Wine Club event listing. From here, you can click on a listing to access more information about the event and book a ticket or RSVP.

If you purchase a ticket for an event, please note that you won't be sent a ticket or required to show one at the event. Gibbston Valley will have record of your online purchase, and your name will be included on the guest list before the event.

Where do I view my exclusive member benefits?

To see and use your exclusive discounts and other benefits, visit the My Benefits section in your account area. Here you'll see a list of all your benefits. 

Upcoming Shipments

Where do I view my upcoming shipments?

During the month before a shipment, you'll see the wines to be included in your upcoming shipment when you login to your homepage. You can also view this by clicking Upcoming Shipment in your account menu.

How do I confirm the wines for my upcoming shipments?

To confirm your shipment selection, go to Upcoming Shipments in your account area. You'll see a list of the wines that will be included in your upcoming shipment. To confirm your selection, click the Proceed with Shipment button. From there just sit back, relax and get ready for more great wine. 

I'm a Custom Member. Where do I select my wines?

To select the wines for your upcoming shipment, you can click Upcoming Shipment in your account menu. From there, select "I'll choose my own" and a table with all the available wines will appear.

Choose your wines by ticking the box for the wines you want to receive and selecting the quantity. Then, click Proceed with Shipment to confirm your order. 

Just a reminder, Custom Members have until the 21st of January, April, July and October to make your selection. Domestic Custom Members who miss the deadline will be sent the Winemaker's Selection. 

I'm an international member. How do I select my shipment months?

Once logged in, go to Wine Preferences in your account menu. You'll see the option to select to be either a 12 or 15-bottle member and during which shipment months you would like to receive your wines?

How do I view a past Upcoming Shipment?

Go to your Order History to view past Wine Club Shipments and any orders from our online shop.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We'll send you an email once your order has shipped with a tracking ID in it so you can track your order.

How do I track my Wine Club Shipment?

You can track your order from a link in the email that we'll send you once your order has shipped. You can also login to your account and visit the Order Tracking area to track your shipment.
